Each production batch is 100% verified for the quality of the soldering to the positioning of the components and mounting errors can be monitored and validated with the aid of the AOI automatic optical inspection machine or by visual inspection.

An electronic board is essential for the operation of these devices; the assembly of electronic boards therefore becomes of primary importance.

BOX BUILD
This term indicates the assignment of production entirely via outsourcing, not only of the electronic board but also of the various mechanical/metal/plastic parts to offer added value to our customers and to enable the creation of the finished product.
