What we do
EBV offers a production process based on Lean Manufacturing principles. THT automatic and manual assembly of axial components, automatic assembly with SMT technology, reflow soldering by forced convection (air) alternatively with VAPOUR PHASE technology, optical vision inspection with SMT technology, manual assembly, double-wave soldering, inert soldering with nitrogen, functional inspection with dedicated or in-line equipment, particular resin finish and packaging as per requirements, board washing, painting, co-moulding, assembly of circuits in Thermal Clad for lighting.
